What Should I Do If My Students Forget Their Passwords?

For students who sign in manually with username, password, and school ID, this is how you can update their password!

This applies to students who use a username to log in, or who are having trouble signing in with Google. You can reset their password for them to sign in.

  • If students use Google, ClassLink, or Clever, they will use the "Login with Google" or "Sign in with Clever" options, bypassing the need for a password.
    ​

1. Go to your "Rosters" tab

2. Click "change password"

3. Fill in the new password & save!

4. Now your students can log in with username/password/school ID.
